As I sat down to read this wonderful resource on biblical truths, “Who Does God Say I Am?”, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with emotion. So many times in life, we are bombarded with lies that we begin to believe. But this resource reminded me of the truth that God declares over my life. The first truth that stood out to me was that I am chosen by God. This truth reminds me that I am not a mistake or an accident. God intentionally chose me to be a part of His family. This truth gives me great comfort, knowing that I am loved and valued by the Creator of the universe. The second truth that really resonated with me was that I am a child of God. As a child of God, I have the privilege of being in a relationship with Him. I’m no longer an enemy of God, but a beloved child who can come to Him with anything. This truth fills me with joy and gratitude. As I continued to read through the 40 biblical truths, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe at the love of God. He has declared over us so many powerful truths that can change the way we live our lives. I also appreciated the way this resource was presented. Each image had a clear title that focused on one of the 40 biblical truths. The images themselves were beautiful and relevant, which made it easy to understand the truth that was being communicated. One of my favorite images was the one that focused on the truth that I am valuable. The picture showed me that I am like a precious gemstone in God’s eyes. This truth is so important for us to remember, especially in a world that constantly tells us that we are not enough. I also loved the way this resource broke down some of the most important aspects of our identity in Christ. For example, the image that discussed the truth that I am forgiven showed me that no matter what I’ve done, God is always ready and willing to forgive me. The image that focused on the truth that I am a new creation was also inspiring. It reminded me that because of Christ’s sacrifice, I have been given a new identity. I no longer have to be a slave to sin, but can live in freedom as a child of God. Overall, this resource was a wonderful reminder of the truth that God has declared over our lives. It was presented in a way that was easy to understand and relate to, and the images added a powerful element to the overall message. I would highly recommend this resource to anyone who needs a reminder of their value and worth in Christ. It’s perfect for personal reflection or as a tool for group discussion.
