As we all know, coping with grief can be a very difficult task. It is important to take the time to work through our feelings and emotions in order to move forward and heal. That’s why I wanted to share with you all some resources that I have come across.
Grief Therapy Worksheet #1
This worksheet breaks down the grief process into different tasks that can be completed in order to fully process and heal. It includes tasks such as accepting the reality of the loss, adjusting to life without the loved one, and finding a way to maintain a connection with the loved one while still moving forward.
Grief Therapy Worksheet #2
This worksheet focuses on identifying and processing the different emotions that come with grief. It asks questions such as “What emotions have you experienced since your loss?” and “What emotions have been the most difficult for you to handle?” By answering these questions, we can begin to understand and work through our emotions.
