The NCAA tournament is here, and boy are we excited! We can’t wait to see our favorite teams hit the courts and give us the basketball thrills we’ve been waiting for all year. As always, we’ll be following the March Madness bracket closely and we hope you will, too.

Top Teams to Watch
The NCAA tournament is full of surprises, but there are always a few teams that are expected to go far. Here are some of the top teams to watch in this year’s March Madness:
- Gonzaga - The Bulldogs have been on fire this season and are currently ranked number one in the country. They have a 27-2 record and are sure to be a force to be reckoned with in the tournament.
- Baylor - The Bears are another top-ranked team and have a 21-6 record this season. They’re a strong team on both sides of the ball and are sure to make some noise in the tournament.
- Michigan - The Wolverines are a perennial contender and have a 20-4 record this season. They had an impressive run in the tournament last year and will be looking to do the same this year.
- Illinois - The Fighting Illini have a 23-6 record this season and are another team that’s strong on both sides of the ball. They’re a bit of a sleeper team, but they could surprise a lot of people in the tournament.

Of course, March Madness wouldn’t be March Madness without a few upsets along the way. Here are some of the teams that could cause some trouble for the top seeds:
- Loyola Chicago - The Ramblers were a Cinderella story in the 2018 tournament, making it all the way to the Final Four. They’re back again this year with a 24-4 record and could be a dangerous team to face.
- Liberty - The Flames have a 23-5 record this season and are a solid all-around team. They’re a bit of a dark horse, but they could surprise some people in the tournament.
- Abilene Christian - The Wildcats have a tough defense and have the potential to give some of the bigger schools fits. They’re a bit of a longshot, but they could pull off an upset or two if they get hot at the right time.
Player to Watch
In addition to watching the teams, there are always a few standout players to keep an eye on in the tournament. Here’s one player that we’ll be watching closely:
Cade Cunningham - Oklahoma State
Cunningham is widely considered to be the best player in college basketball right now. He’s a versatile player who can shoot from deep, drive to the rim, and dish out assists. He’s going to be a top pick in the NBA draft this year, but first, he’ll be looking to lead Oklahoma State deep into the tournament.
