Yo peeps! Have you ever heard of reflexology? No, not that math course you had to take in college, I mean foot reflexology! It’s this ancient practice where you apply pressure to certain points on your feet and it can apparently help with all sorts of ailments. I don’t know about you, but I’m all about trying out non-traditional remedies, so let’s take a look at some of these printable foot reflexology charts I found!

Apparently, massaging the tops of your toes can help with sinus issues, while the outer edges of your feet are linked to your shoulders and neck. Who knew our feet were so darn important?

The colors are a little brighter and there are some added numbers, but the key points are still the same. I gotta say, the more I look at these charts, the more I’m tempted to try giving myself a foot rub. Who’s with me?

These shoes were made for walkin’ and healin’ apparently! I’m definitely adding these to my wishlist.

There are even numbers that correspond to different organs and body systems. I’m not gonna lie, this chart is making me feel a little overwhelmed. I’m not sure I’m ready to take on all these pressure points just yet.

There are charts for specific ailments like headaches and PMS, as well as charts for different types of massage techniques. I’m starting to wonder if I should go get a degree in reflexology at this point.

Have You Tried Foot Reflexology?

Here’s a chart from a blog called Nourish Inside Out. This chart is pretty similar to some of the others we’ve looked at, but it’s got some added tips for maximizing your reflexology experience. Apparently, it’s best to do your reflexology on clean feet and to start with gentle pressure before working your way up to more intense pressure. Good to know!

Now this chart’s in French, but don’t let that scare you. If you’re a French speaker or you just want to add a little international flair to your reflexology practice, this chart’s got you covered. The design is a little more minimalist, but it still provides all the key information for each pressure point.

It’s got a different color scheme and a little more detail in the illustrations, but the pressure points are consistent with the other charts we’ve looked at. Honestly, at this point, I feel like I could give myself a reflexology session blindfolded.

Last but not least, we’ve got another TemplateLab chart. This one’s got more of a blocky, geometric design and the illustrations are a little more abstract. But again, the pressure points are all the same. I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling pretty confident in my reflexology knowledge right about now.
