Hey there, you sparkling gems of the internet! Are you ready to shine bright like a diamond with some amazing DIY rhinestone crafts? Of course, you are, because who doesn’t want to add some bling to their life?
Introducing the Crown Template
Behold, the crown template! This little beauty is going to give you the royal treatment you deserve. With just a few simple steps, you’ll be able to create your very own rhinestone studded crown fit for a queen.
Step One: Gather Your Supplies
Before you can get started, you’ll need to gather up all the supplies you’ll need. Luckily, the list is pretty short.
- Rhinestones
- Craft glue
- A crown template
- A plain headband or hair clip
That’s it! Pretty simple, right?
Step Two: Cut Out the Template
Next, you’ll need to cut out the crown template. I recommend using heavy cardstock or poster board to make it easier to work with. You can either print the template out or draw it yourself - just make sure it looks like a proper crown.
Step Three: Glue on the Rhinestones
Now it’s time for the fun part - gluing on the rhinestones! You can use any color or size you like, but I prefer a mix of larger and smaller stones for added texture.
Squeeze out a small amount of craft glue onto the back of each rhinestone and press it onto the template. I recommend working on one section at a time so the glue doesn’t dry out before you have a chance to add the stones.
Step Four: Let It Dry
Once you’ve added all the rhinestones, set the crown template aside and let the glue dry completely. This should take a few hours, depending on the type of glue you used.
Step Five: Attach the Crown to a Headband or Clip
Finally, it’s time to attach your rhinestone studded crown to a headband or clip. You can either glue it on or use wire to attach it securely.
And voila - you now have a gorgeous, sparkly crown fit for any occasion!
So go ahead and get your DIY on, my fellow rhinestone enthusiasts. The world is your (sparkly) oyster!
