What’s better than Christmas? Christmas movies, of course! And Lifetime is serving up some serious holiday cheer with their 2021 Christmas movie lineup. Lucky for you, I’ve got the inside scoop on all the movies and a handy dandy printable checklist so you can keep track of which ones you’ve watched (and which ones you still need to see).
Movie 1: A Christmas Miracle
The first movie on the list is “A Christmas Miracle,” and boy is it a doozy. A workaholic single mom is forced to slow down when her daughter gets sick during the holidays, but lo and behold, a hot doctor comes to the rescue and reignites her holiday spirit. I don’t know about you, but I’m already swooning.
Movie 2: Christmas Dance Reunion
Next up we’ve got “Christmas Dance Reunion.” The title pretty much says it all, but just in case you need a little more information, it’s about a woman who returns to her hometown for her high school reunion and is forced to confront her past (cue the dramatic music). Don’t worry, though, there’s also a little bit of holiday romance thrown in for good measure.
Movie 3: A Madcap Christmas
If you’re looking for something a little more comedic, “A Madcap Christmas” might be just what the doctor ordered. It’s about a woman who plans a Christmas dinner for her overly critical family, but things get out of hand when a surprise guest shows up. I’m already giggling just thinking about it.
Movie 4: A Holiday in Harlem
For a little change of pace, “A Holiday in Harlem” takes us to, you guessed it, Harlem. A woman inherits her grandmother’s Harlem brownstone and decides to restore it in time for Christmas. Along the way, she finds love and learns the true meaning of family. Pass the tissues, please.
Movie 5: A Christmas in China
“A Christmas in China” is all about cultural differences and the power of love. A woman travels to China to meet her boyfriend’s family, but things don’t go exactly as planned. Will their love be enough to overcome the obstacles they face? I sure hope so.
Movie 6: The Island Christmas Party
Last but not least, we’ve got “The Island Christmas Party.” A woman visits her family’s island resort for the holidays, but things get complicated when a developer wants to buy the property. But don’t worry, there’s a handsome musician and some Christmas magic to help save the day.
And there you have it, folks. Six new Lifetime Christmas movies to add to your holiday watchlist. So grab some popcorn, snuggle up with your favorite blanket, and get ready for some serious holiday cheer. Merry Christmas!
